In December 2015 I attended an Innovators Think Tank. I was there because I have a Patent product I invented. I listened to a presentation by the inventor of the Infomercial Mr. Kevin Harrington. He gave his five steps on how to elevate your profile and explained how it landed him on Shark Tank. One of the five steps is to "Get Published".
On January 1st 2016 I started writing my book. I dedicated my mornings, nights and weekends to get it done. Six months later it was finished and I published my first business book called "Nothing Happens Until The Meeting Is Set". To my surprise this past Thursday night I received the 2016 Author Awards for Best New Business Book by Richter Publishing in Tampa, Fla . It all happened so fast and it feel like it was just yesterday that I started. I am investing in myself and tell others to set your goals, stick with it and just do it.
